I am an emotional eater. I have another appointment with a heart specialist tomorrow and to have the echocardio done. I have already started worrying about driving there. For someone who used to commute to work, I don't drive much or leave home often anymore. When I get anxious, my appetite goes up, my cravings go up and my system slows down and backs up. I noticed my blood glucose is up as well. I think once I get past the appointment tomorrow, things will settle back down. Hoping for no surprises tomorrow. I want to believe most of my health issues will improve once I stop being morbidly obese. I just need to focus and stay on track. One day, one pound at a time.
