Happy Sunday FS! Looks like it is going to be a beautiful day!

Will try to do better, squeeze in some exercise and drink lots of water. I'm easily swayed these days by rationalizing, oh, one little bite won't hurt. But, one bite leads to another and OMG, it's enjoyable! :) Moderation, moderation, moderation...

I gave myself a good talking to the other day. I need to stop focusing on my "diet" as this truly has to be a life change for me for me to get where I want to be and stay there.

So I'm starting out the week with healthy thoughts and feel pretty good instead of discouraged.
