I need to get out of yo-yo calories to a steady daily caloric intake to stay in line with my BMR of 1700. I'm just not hungry anymore...just ate dinner now because it was my third meal, not because I was hungry. Concern that not maintaining a decent caloric intake will put my body in starve mode...? Here's the past week's daily calories:
Thursday: 1424 Wednesday: 1269 Tuesday: 1796 Monday: 1725 Sunday: 1168 Saturday: 1486 Friday: 1491
I will look at my food log to see where I'm getting the most bang for the buck calorie wise, but tips and tricks would be appreciated.
