This morning at 7 a.m. I drank a cup of black coffee At 10 a.m. I had a 1/2 cup of oatmeal in water with cinnamon and nutmeg. Planning to eat a salad, which consists of romaine lettuce, a few cherrie tomatoes, 1/2 cup of green beans, a tablespoon of slivered almonds, 2 tbsp. of crispy onion rings and asian low fat salad dressing.
My biggest challenge is dinner, that's when I want to eat pasta, I just loooooooove pasta, but I am aware that I have to curb this craving in order to reach my goal.
