so i started again today: i got up & I did a 30 min workout- Kendal Hogan exercise tV. I feel like i did something for me!.but I looked in the mirror & its still depressing seeing how much I've let myself go - that I hate & knowing that people are out there judging me because of it. Am I depressed- a little ..am I where I want to be in life?NO! But with faith & His mercy I will be 140lbs living in my 3-3.5..driving my 2009 + vehicle @ a Grade 70 position. I see ALL of that for myself & my children. Psalm 37...now what do I eat for the rest of the day?
