Yesterday I was too sore to exercise much, so all I did was take my dog around the block on his walk. I packed my lunch ahead of time, but didn't make my breakfast. Ran late this morning and grabbed what I could for breakfast. Already hungry again because I didn't grab a good source of protein. I do have homemade turkey meatloaf for lunch though, which I hope will boost my protein to where it should be.
