Well well well. Ive had a shitty week of not being good! I have made some good choices here and there but I lost a little focus. The important thing is that im back and track. I think Its ok to cheat a little but you shouldnt be cheating everyday because it feels like your going back into your old eating habits. All it takes a a few good days of eating right and you feel instantly better and notice small changes. Good luck to everyone!!
