Went on holiday 4 weeks ago. Heaps of food, heaps of walking and trekking, no booze and food poisoning on the way home. Have lost a couple of KG and am trying to keep the walking up, reduced wine and reduced food ( stomach must have shrunk because servings are smaller) 4 kg down and have just purchased a home ear the beach. Idyllic lifestyle that I hope I can embrace and continue this trend.
