Took my Evox Supplements my Herbex Tablets are done so no new ones till next week am a month off schedule but am still losing slowly. Its a big plus but I want to way at least 8 kg lighter my next year this time.

To all my Fatsecret friends am happy to say that since December last year I have lost in total of 10kg of fat and water weight combined am fitting into my size 14 jeans again and loving the feeling. I must say that this was due to the fact that I acquired the Garmin Vivofit 2 watch for me with help and motivated me to be more active and seeing the calories that I burn each second of the day. I would recommend this watch to every one of my Fatsecret buddies but still do your research before you buy one because it is a expensive accessory to buy, but trust me you will wear it every day.
