Slightly interesting #s, since I've been logging my food and wearing the BMF diligently for the last two weeks - even though it's incomplete, probably the best data set I've got:

Calories in: 44,758 Average: 3197/day
Calories burned: 47,351 Average: 3382/day
Differential: -2,593 .75 lb of fat
Starting weight: 160.6 End weight: 160.2
Down .4 pound
Interesting. Sort of. Both the calories in and out #s are of course estimates, and the weight fluctuates a lot day to day. But at least today, the total change in weight (none, basically) is about what the BMF would predict.
