Forgot to put my starter weight for 3rd challenge ,start weight 263 finish weight who knows..... 23 days left of this one. Side note, the higher the # challenge the harder the work out. I am finding it hard now because a lot of the exercises I am to do I simply don't know how to and then have to you tube it so I don't hurt myself. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I want to quit. Is it normal to feel like this?

To feel like this is perhaps normal. You are doing something about it which is abnormal. You want your target weight and will attain it in time allocated..
