Got some bad news about my baby(cat, Softy). It doesn't look good for her. I usually go one of two ways when I'm upset. I will pig out, or I will not eat anything. I'm watching myself. I know I HAVE to eat something, but it is the bare minimum.
Softy has been having seizures, like me, but the Vet thinks it is most likely a brain tumor. I f the seizures get worse(and the vet says they will) we may have to do the right thing, and that is killing me. I don't mean to be a downer, but I'm very depressed. She's only 13 years, which is about middle age for a cat, or so I'm told. I'll be better in a few days. I'll still offer encouragement to anyone who needs it, I'm here for all of you. Wish me luck for Softy? :-)

Bless you honey and dear Softy. I know how you feel, they make you love them and can never stay as long as you want them to. Always know you have made her life as complete as she has made yours.

Thanks Di! I appreciate your support, still don't know much but Vet is supposed to call when he gets all the results, then I'll know what I have to do. :-(

Aww hun I know how you feel I had a dog who did the same and was to ill to be operated on so I had her put down. Whilst it was hard at the time I knew in my heart it was the best thing to do no more suffering. I now have 2 cats my self but I thought they only lived to 15 years? My thoughts or with you and I hope things turn round for the better. xx

So far she's been acting more like herself. She's eating again, and hasn't had a seizure in about a month. Hopefully things are looking up for my girl.
