This weigh-in was actually from Friday 4/8, before getting on the road for PA then MA. Overindulged on food Sunday dinner through Monday lunch while I had access to some old favorites from my college days, but did stick to my exercise schedule. Home now (until Friday again) and ready to get back to healthier eating. Am also hoping to catch up on logging this afternoon.
