Staying at 190 as desired - workout routine has moved indoors now, have a love/hate relationship with the exercise bike. Need to find other fun exercise things (bowling? indoor pickup volleyball?) to mix it up, outdoor activities get more limited as winter approaches.
Diet has been working out great, we'll see how Thanksgiving impacts the game plan - I'm COOKING, so I'll be surrounded by pies, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, breads...EEEEK!
