not feeling so hot today. woke up with a stomach ache, and feeling dehydrated. i am drinking much more than the 1.5 litres that is recommended in book. i have ketone smell on breath and urine (although clear as water and plentiful), and my muscles are sore from the workout yesterday. am taking today easily, have a london broil in the crock. just need to vent.
motivated though as always, and am beginning to log my food, as i want to be sure not to overdo the calories, although dr.dukan states clearly to not count them. i think its ocd, lol.
