I have no idea why I went up in weight this morning. Tempted to take a half of furosemide, but that's a false reading...it only makes me feel a bit better about my weight. I was starving yesterday. Had my toast with S-F jam and a few coffees, then raced to Avila Beach to see Mike McGee, my psychiatrist. Starving, I went to Trader Joe's after that and bought some low fat cheddar cheese sticks, ate some proscuitto and had a salad and about 60 peanuts in the evening, with a large 94% lean hamburger patty, one slice of goat cheese, some broccoli and a TINY TJ's sample with one pita cracker. Surely I didn't overeat, though I did have cheese. I just hope it's all salt. Gonna drink water a lot today.
