Haven't been doing real well the last couple of weeks. Just got back from vacation and ate lots of ribs and an occasional salad. I dropped a pound while I was gone. We did do a lot of walking around so I guess its not so much of what I eat as much it is of how much activity I am doing. This is one of those DAHHHHHH moments!
