I like the way you think...I need to regain balance where food is concerned. But how do you stop enjoying it so much? I think i am replacing ciggerettes with food...I quit 2 1/2 yrs ago and that's when I started to enjoy food so much. Before i never really thought about it. Now...it consumes me. Im changing the way i think about it...not eating for enjoyment so much as fueling for energy to get thru the day and do what needs to be done. Thanks for the reality check:)
