not looking forward to tomorrow. i have an internist appointment. i'm sure i'll be much heavier than i was three months ago. hate having to fast and have a late morning appointment for blood work. so far i've been pretty good on this diet but nothing like having to fast to blow it. i have pretty far to drive while fasting hope i do ok i tend to get light headed when i'm fasting no one to drive me or any thing. who knows what my blood work will be like either probably not good. how much good can 3 days worth of dieting make it.....oh well have to keep in the one day at time mind set. today feels hard since i slept so little last nite. work has been stressful but what else is new. oh well here's to tomorrow being a success. fingers crossed. i'll plan my meals in advance and hope for the best. what else can i do.
