Worked out today for the first time in a while. Felt horrible because I ripped my pants while doing so. Even after working out, it makes me feel like a fat lazy slob. Oh well.
Regardless of being short a pair of pants, I can't stop now that I've started again. Time to grab a pair of stretchier pants and keep motivating myself to get moving. Going to rest a while then take my puppy out for a walk-run.
