Thanks! It boggles my mind to see that I'm 18 lbs from my goal of 170. I'm still not losing as much in the midsection as I would have thought by now. I think there is a good chance I will revise my goals once I reach 170....or I may just see if my shoulders are now strong enough for me to tackle some weight training and try to firm up a bit. I will miss next week's weigh in because of NY...but will probably weigh in on Tuesday to see what damage I've done. lol
