Happy Monday!

Weekend was both bad and good. Fell off the wagon hard on Saturday and Sunday. Friends from out of town were visiting and many poor food choices were made. Here's to getting back on track.

It was good though in that I hit a new PR for cycling! Did almost 80 miles Saturday morning. Had only planned on 60, but was feeling so good I kept going. It was a gorgeous day for it as well.
