ok, so yesterdays headache turned out to be a migraine, so I came home and slept for two hours. When I woke up it was gone. So relieved. This is amazing. I have not been able to exercise this week and weight is still moving in an overall downward direction. I always get some ups, but I have not cheated when I do. It is usually just an up before a down. I hope this continues to be as easy and my body is responsive to LCHF.
