100% following this diet, but I always have an up before I can go down. Not worried it is part on the way my body gives away the weight. Everyone seems to be having fantastic progress. I m loving being part of this challenge, it gives you a little bit more commitment to do the best you can each day. For me when I go up and I know my food has been good, that my body is readjusting and re-proportioning areas for later loss. Staying happy.
