Dziennik PicklesPickles, 25 lip 16

Made my lunch. Decided to track it all before I eat it... and good thing too.. because these PB&J are pretty heavy on the calories. I didn't mix up my PB2 so I used regular PB. I also got the bread that was on sale, which has 60 more calories per slice than the light wheat. So, gonna have to be careful with what I have. and LOTSA water :P Have done 30 kilometers since I started playing pokemon. I've found myself not getting winded going up stairs now :P

Nice! It really is amazing the difference in calories and the higher calorie food doesn't taste any better usually. So eye opening when you log! You would think the more calories the better it should taste, so weird.

I admit.. it does taste better though! but... keeping in mind.. nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.. :P as they say
