I think I had a visit from the Woosh Fairy! I lost half a kg (a pound) overnight! I dunno if it will stay low or bounce around a bit but this is the lowest I have been since I started low carbing I think!
On the flipside I feel another cold coming on.... LOL Such is life! The joys of fluctuating spring temps. My ears are partially blocked from it so I talk LOUD LOL
