Didn't have my walk this morning, but it is 08:15 and I have already recorded 10 flights of stairs. Today is washing day and I have a double load to deal with. Later this morning I will have a grocery shop to do as well. Oh dear, "a man's work is never done".

Jocko, as long as we get some exercise it does not really matter which way we do it.

Fitbit is great. It eggs you on to do more than you might. I have reached my 50 flights and that earns me my "Lighthouse" badge.

The next one is "Ferris Wheel" for 75 flights. Don't know if I'll ever get that many. That means going out and coming back in 25 times in the day.
