It is Sunday evening, just finished day 3 of the 3 day Fat Fast. Instead of going back to my other 3 day diet, I'm going on the low carb woe that worked for me in the past. And is easier to stay on. I just need to keep the calories low also and not get into obsessive/compulsive eating. I don't know if it will keep my weight history but I'll keep a monthly update in my bio.
