This was a BAD weekend - and by bad, I mean - not many fruits or veggies going on! I guess it's good I weigh in on Fridays, because I'm sure I ate too many of the wrong things this weekend.
Oh well, I'm back on track today and hope to exercise after work. That will get me pumped and thinking healthy for the rest of the week!
