Ive been eating a bunch of hard boiled eggs, salads and veggies. But im only consuming about 1000 calories a day at MOST! and my RDI is 1900. I dont want to have to eat a ton of this "healthy food" just to meet my RDI. Do u know if it is ok to just eat half the ammount?
