Ive been being really careful about not eating out or checking the amount of calories of whatever I eat. I gave up pizza bc i realized how bad it is for you. I also have recorded everything and find myself not meeting the required calories for my RDI. Is this bad?

Hi, I know what you mean about pizza, I used to love the 4 cheese one, until I looked at the back of the package and realized it's over 1000 calories! I'm not one who can really diet, but my suggestion is to try to stay more on fresh produce and it will be easier to meet you daily RDI.

Ive been eating a bunch of hard boiled eggs, salads and veggies. But im only consuming about 1000 calories a day at MOST! and my RDI is 1900. I dont want to have to eat a ton of this "healthy food" just to meet my RDI. Do u know if it is ok to just eat half the ammount?
