My birthday was Saturday. My classroom aides brought treats in today to celebrate with my class. Soft pretzels and brownies. Brownies I can usually say no to. Soft pretzels I can't. Today I said yes to both at different times. Which would be fine if I'd stopped at one soft pretzel...thank god they're minis. Brownie totally wasn't worth it and I knew that and yet I ate it anyway. I'm at school late doing work and there are leftovers...I am resisting. Will not eat them. Putting them in the cabinet until I leave to take them home with me for my family. I have a real issue wasting food...even when it's not something I should be eating...I can and will do this.
