Today I went to an Indian buffet as a goodbye lunch to a co-worker who's leaving our office. I know I didn't include everything I ate, plus many of the items are not in the Fat Secret library! It's my first time at an Indian restaurant and it was all delicious. I know I over-indulged, but I guess I'd rather over do it for a new type of cuisine then just on stuff I eat every day!
I'm planning to go home and do a good run on the treadmill - so hopefully that will help to burn off some of the extra calories!
