I spent several days out of town, a quick trip with more travel than fun. I did get to see my granddaughter perform in a play, which was wonderful. She acted well, and the whole cast did a great job. I took my dog with me on the trip, which is normally a good thing. She became very weird the first night, and I nearly took her to a veterinary emergency hospital. When I called her to the door, she suddenly turned into a normal dog, wagging her tail and alert. I didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am that night, and was running short of sleep the whole three days. Thus I didn't do any exercise other than dog walks. I didn't log my food. Luckily I just wasn't that hungry and managed to lose weight.

I'll get back into exercise now, and log my food. It seems to help.
