No Coffee
So I went without coffee today. I won't have time until the weekend to try everyone's suggestions on brands that are great for black coffee. So I instead went with a scoop of Pure Pro powder mixed with some Almond milk. I'm no thrilled with the amount of carbs and sodium in the almond milk... but I still like it. Currently, I prefer it over whole milk.
I want to start weighing myself daily. I don't have a scale at home, but we have one at work. I should have one this weekend. Weighing at work will obviously not be a 'first-thing-in-the-morning' weight, but the numbers are still so nice!! I weigh the least on Mondays, through Wednesdays and love those numbers :P
Official weigh in, however, is Saturdays.
**EDIT** Hit my next milestone of 273. I weighed in at 271 today... However, it doesn't actually count, because only the Saturday Weigh-In really matters. So, will adjust my goal on Saturday if I'm able to. Next milestone is.....hmmm.. it's in my bio, will have to look and see.. :)
**EDIT AGAIN** Ok, checked my journal.... if this weight sticks til Saturday :) that's 5% of my bodyweight lost. Next goal/milestone will be 262.4 which would then be 25lbs.

I find the main thing is to use the same scale consistently. I do prefer that early morning weight myself. :D
