Everytime I lose weigh I start eating bad. I wonder if I stop weighing myself, will I stop sabatoging my weigh. Very frustrating to be here once again. I was vegan for 1 month and only lost 6 pounds. More frustating. So back at square 1. Let's see what happens

I think there is a natural process where we subconsciously believe a certain weight is "OK." When we hit that number or go below it, we stray from our new lifestyle because we can. We have to learn to enjoy consistent healthy eating habits.
