It's a beautiful time of year for hiking, that's for sure! My family is hoping to go on one soon before the trees lose all their leaves. Don't worry, it's normal to run into slight rises in weight some days. Just keep at it and the losses should win over the gains. :)

Thanks everybody. The weather has been great for hiking in the morning so that does make it easier to get up and get outside. I am back down again this morning Hermiones Mom. I know it's about the long term. I'm just shy of 25 lbs since April so I'm plugging along. Have a great day everybody.
