My hubby just did the sweetest thing. We were talking about how much weight I had lost and that only one of my friends had noticed or commented. A while later he came back with a heavy school bag full of books etc that weighted 9.5kg and told me to lift it. I didn't realise at the time that it was how much I had lost and it was bloody heavy. I had a bit of a realisation as to how heavy 9.5kg weighs. Feeling proud and loved.

Its so nice to have someone who loves you and supports you! My hubby is very supportive too, and it is he who keeps my spirits up when I'm struggling.😍 I read somewhere that you can't expect other people to notice that you're changing - because they usually don't! 😝 Just be happy in yourself, you don't need approval from anyone else. Keep up the good work!

Thanks !Chubs!. I am happy with myself, but have a bit to go. It's just that other people expect you to listen and ask about them and then don't do the same back. Perhaps I am expecting too much from my friends.
