I have really fallen off! I am not going to be too hard on myself. I'm just going to have to pull it together and get back on track. I start a juice fast tomorrow. I would like to do it for 10 days, but I am afraid that I will give in to temptation on New Year's Eve. I will try though. I really don't want to weigh in tomorrow morning, but I guess facing the truth is the beginning of change.
