Dziennik PicklesPickles, 01 gru 16

Pretty sure I'll be up this week. I've been tracking, but knowingly going over... having pie.. having sweets brought in from family visiting... basically just eating quite a bit... If I am up, it will lower my average slightly, but still on a downward trend. I'm ok with this... but not fully. If I am up, I'll take it.... I'm ready for it.. According to my schedule, I only have to lose about 3 pounds by March and will still be at an average 1 pound per week average loss. But.... this can't happen too often.. That cushion is for Plateaus.. not for weeks to eat like a pig.. :P

I have been stalled for a month, not stalled but averaging more than I need and less exercise. Good luck to us both!

Can you move more this week to make a deficit? I think you will come out OK

It's Thursday now, I haven't been moving more, that's for sure... but the truth will be in the numbers on Saturday...

Just adjust and you can get back on track. It is all about focus.
