Well had my bodyscan today and that was without a doubt a really important scan as I was beginning to doubt myself a bit.Since last scan on 22/10/2016 I have lost 6..1% body fat and 7.6kg total weightloss which comprises of (9.6kg of fat loss, 700g of muscle gain and 1.3kg of Water Gain). My metabolism has also gone up by 42 calories to 1968 Cal. So in a sense I am really happy about results and I will do my very best not to destroy all the hard work over Christmas. Pig out lunch today then back to it. Next year will be exciting as I am sure we will all reach new levels in health excellence.

This bodyscan sounds great. I think it's easy to overlook the fact that there are other numbers which are just as important as what's on the scales so it's fantastic that you can do this and I'm sure it helps when putting all your hard work into perspective! Fabulous x

Thanks Guys. I get my bodyscan done by Richie Sharp PT. The cost is $35 but it is a really detailed report.

Gotta love Google: it gave me the PT's website, which gave me the name of the machine he uses. Another search found a service using same machine, about five minutes from my suburb in Canberra. I'll set up an appointment today.
