Happy I joined a gym 2 wks ago and glad I've gotten myself there a few times. Loving the water classes (Tabata, Aqua PiYo, Deep Water Workout) and my first yoga and Pilates classes. Ok. That's good, and need to keep it going.
Next, have got to get veggies into me. And, scared but have to do it - must weigh myself tomorrow. Trying to tell myself to keep on regardless what scale says. We shall see.
