Finally broke the 180's. And in Christmas day no less! Man oh man!!!! Merry Christmas to me!!!
FOOD: I've been so good the past 2 weeks (since I re-started here). Maybe not eating the most perfect stuff, but watching, staying at/below intake RDIs, and working in it. Now, I'm focusing on swapping in veggies /fruits instead of carbs.
MOVEMENT: And I've been pretty good with working out. Been doing 1-HR Tabata 2/wk (high intensity interval water aerobics), deep water workouts, a slow/deep yoga class that leaves ya feeling just awesomely stretched out but I think it's also doing a bit of toning. I love those 3 things. Took a Pilates mat class that kicked my butt big time. I sincerely bow to all you Pilates People!' Now, I need to add my Couch25K workouts 3/wk faithfully to that.
ATTITUDE: Thinking about and working in the above 2 help me with trying to keep my attitude in a positive place. That, AND the MY BUDDIES / COMMUNITY interactions of FS.
All in all, I'm pleased and feel I know where to focus efforts this and next week. All in all, I feel hopeful that I'll be able to make a dent in my mission. :-) Thanks for reading and thanks for sharing.
