Good luck with your goals 

Best of luck to you. My New Year's Resolution is all about Movement, (and Meditation because you can't nourish the Yang and neglect the Yin). I, too, enjoying working out but it can be tough to fit it in and be motivated. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now. When did your mom die?

My mom died in February  

Losing your mother is never easy. You are finding your way, good for you! 

I was just watching a program on TV about people like Debbie Reynolds dying of grief. My sister died of depression, when my parents died. They say this is more common, than people think. They say to find friends and family to help cope, and think of their death, as not a loss, but remember the good times you had together. I have lost my entire family, except for my sister's son. Hope you find strength. Time can heal all wounds. It is the toughest part of life, but no one escapes it's effects. 

I felt adrift when my mom died and had a serious depression even though we had a strained relationship. I know it is not easy. I am praying for you. You will be fine - hang in there.
