Okay. So I didnt journal for a few days. Today, breakfast has been sporadic and barely within the hour. but thats okay. I got enough protein in- yay! and a complex brown carb- yay! and water! yay!
I am feeling... stuffy, but on track. Okay with where things are. Hoping I can journal more. Hoping I can focus more on step 3 soon.
