So after my weigh in this morning, I'm up about a pound from before Christmas (weighed in at 169.5 on 12/23/11 but didn't record it). This is better than I thought. I think any weight I put on over the holidays has almost disappeared. This makes me feel much better! I'm excited to get back on track and start the year with a positive attitude!
