my blood pressures been out of control. i felt bad yesterday and i took my blood pressure and it was 194/104 :-( i'm not going into work and going to the doctor today. my head has felt like its in a vice and i've had a headache and an weird senssation in my head which is hard to describe. my husband asked me what was wrong and i said i bet my blood pressure it up and i took it. i'm not very good about letting stress get to me. i took extra blood pressure pills and it brought it down. i had gone to the gym yesterday in the first time in forever and was feeling really good about that. rode the bike 30 min and lifted light weights. i've been very strict on my diet and i guess i have even more of a reason to be strict now. got to drop this weight. my daughters attitude is so disapproving and i''m sure this makes her think i'm even grosser. my husband uncharacteristically seems concerned at least he's being nice to me. i will go for a walk maybe that will help.
