Just came back from thailand to visit relatives. _everything_ has sugar added in that country. Plain yoghurt is far from plain. I ended up giving up on my diet for the duration of my vacation as it was impossible to make any assumption about my calory intake. (and the relatives keep handing you plates of food over there, it's all about "eat eat").
I suspect I came back carrying a few extra kilos, glad I managed to get to the gym twice over there at least. plus lots of walking.. but still, happy to be back so I can control what I eat again
