Remember that Atkins is a low-carb/HIGH fat diet. You are doing fine.
Is the cookie an Akins product? If not, Don't do it until OWL. Atkins products are specifically tested for blood-sugar reactions, so I'd be wary of any other low-carb products. Also, nuts are only in OWL.
