Today for exercise I have another impromptu kitchen delivery job, plus I am playing squash tonight. the bug I had yesterday is going and I'm feeling good again. Breakfast was yoghurt and berries - I never thought I would miss weetabix and milk!!
My plan is a 2200 +/- 200 calorie day which is quite low on carbs
