Hey, my routine was totally out of whack today cause I had to go to the dentist so I couldnt do my daily walk/jog. But I did make up for it walking/jogging and going nuts at the gym yesterday. My diet was a bit off today as well but I'm positive that tomorrow I can get back to my routine. My pants that I wore to work today are feeling a lot looser which is awesome! Cant wait to jump on the scales on friday. I may not be able to resist and my prematurely do it!
Feels so good!
